1 General Introduction & Acceptance

• Able and willing to operate only one account in their own name

• Funds deposited are from a legitimate source

2.1 Professional Exclusion

2z222 employees, their immediate family members, and anyone associated with the platform may not participate in promotional offers. Violating this rule will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of bonuses.

3 Account Registration & Security

When opening an account at 2z222, users must provide accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false information may result in immediate account cancellation.

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, or operated from the same device and IP address, all accounts will be cancelled and accumulated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Login Security

Keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately. 2z222 will not be responsible for account use by third parties.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

2z222 may initiate an identity verification process at any time to confirm a user's identity. Failure to cooperate with this process may temporarily suspend withdrawal access and other services.

4 Deposits & Payments

The following payment methods can be used to deposit at 2z222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Bank transfers may take a little longer. If a deposit is not credited correctly, notify the support team immediately with the transaction reference number.

4.3 Ownership Verification

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party wallets or bank accounts are prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from 2z222, users must complete account verification and meet the withdrawal terms.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

5.2 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase if account verification or additional security review is required.

5.3 Payment Method Conditions

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The ownership of the deposit method and the withdrawal method must belong to the same person.

5.4 Withdrawal Rejection

Withdrawal requests may be rejected or placed on hold in the following cases:

• Account verification incomplete
• Bonus wagering requirements not met
• During an investigation into fraud or suspicious activity
• During an investigation into a breach of terms

6 Bonuses & Promotions

2z222 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses have their own specific terms, and these general Terms also apply alongside those specific bonus terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may have a set time limit for use — please read the details of each offer.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Bonus abuse (multiple accounts, false information) will result in immediate cancellation.
• 2z222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses apply only against real money deposits — bonuses cannot be earned with promotional credits.

7 Gaming Rules

All games offered on 2z222 — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and others — are operated under specific gaming rules.

7.1 Game Settlement

The outcome of each game is verified and determined through server-side Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 2z222 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet.

7.2 Sports Betting

All odds offered in sports betting are subject to change. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed will be considered final. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

7.3 Disconnection

2z222 is not responsible for internet disconnection during a game. Games with an "auto-complete" feature will be completed from the last saved state on the server.

7.4 Maximum Payout

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2z222, and violation of these will result in immediate account cancellation:

• Depositing illegal funds or funds from suspicious sources (money laundering)
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Providing fraudulent or false information
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Using third-party automated betting software or bots
• Colluding with other users to gain a system advantage (collusion)

If such activities are detected, 2z222 reserves the right to take legal action.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 2z222

2z222 may temporarily or permanently close any account for breach of terms, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason. Users will generally be notified by email before closure, but action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious violation.

9.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, notify the support team in writing. All valid funds must be withdrawn before closing the account. If a self-exclusion is requested, account access will be restricted for a specified period.

9.3 Fund Management

If fraud or a serious breach of terms is proven in the case of account cancellation, the remaining funds in the account may be forfeited. Otherwise, valid funds will be returned to the user.
